PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Bagdogra proudly hosted the Bulbul Utsav – Heerakh Pankh Ceremony (Testing Camp) 2026-27 from 2nd to 4th August 2026.
The three-day event provided young Bulbuls with an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, discipline, and understanding of various activities prescribed under the programme. The testing camp encouraged students to develop important values such as teamwork, self-reliance, discipline, leadership, and social responsibility.
The programme was conducted in an enthusiastic and encouraging atmosphere, providing the participants with a meaningful learning experience and helping them progress towards the Heerakh Pankh level.
