    Bal Vatika

    Balvatika is an early childhood education initiative focused on holistic development. It provides a nurturing environment for young children to explore, learn, and grow through play-based activities, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional skills.

     

    Admission ceremony of newcomers of class Bal Vatika – 2024

    The welcome ceremony of newcomers of class Bal Vatika was organized in an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm at Kendriya Vidyalaya Air Service Station Bagdogra on 02.05.2024. The little students were welcomed into the school by applying tilak. A selfie corner was arranged for the children to take their first selfie in the school. All the children were very happy.

    After this, the program was inaugurated by Principal Mrs. Manju Bala by lighting the lamp by the little students and parents. The welcome song was presented by the children of primary classes. Taking the welcome forward, the students of class IV captivated everyone with the presentation of group dance. After this, Akriti, a student of class IV, welcomed the students of class I who came to her school and shared her experience about the school. While formally welcoming the parents, the Principal Madam gave important information about Vidya Pravesh. In his speech, he mentioned that “education should begin with the acquisition of knowledge. Parents and teachers should cooperate in every activity of the children. After this, Bal Vatika teacher Ruchi introduced the parents to the Vidya Pravesh program and all the activities of the school through PPT. The Principal Madam gave drawing notebooks, colors, and refreshments, etc. to all the little ones as a welcome gift. During the program, refreshments were also arranged for the parents.

    The Principal encouraged everyone with her ideal words. Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur, Mrs. Sompa Nandi, and other teachers played an important role in making the program successful. Thus, the program concluded successfully in a positive environment with the stage management by Mrs. Aarti Gajmamer and the vote of thanks by Ms. Shanti Tamang.
